It was a while ago that we got an invitation from the United Nations. We were eager to participate when I got stuck on the mail addresses. People, be carefull when getting these invitations and pay attention firstly to the following details:
1. Search the name of the Conference at the Official Website of the Holder or just in Google.
2. Take a look at the email addresses whether they were sent by the official email addresses or just from un-org.tk, etc on behalf of United Nations.
3. Be carefull that there is exact contact details of the sender.
4. See if they ask you to make reservations in certain hotel.
5. Search for this Hotel and contact if they are taking part in such event and so on.

On behalf of the organizing and scientific working committee, the United Nations invites you to a Four-day summit of Economists,Educationists,Administrators,Manufacturers, Researchers,Non-Governmental Organizations,Religious Leaders, Community Organizations, individuals from the Public and Private Sector from 29th July - 1st August, 2014 in London (UK) to assess the worst global economic down turn since the Great Depression. The aim is to identify emergency and long-term responses to mitigate the impact of the crisis,populations, and initiate a needed dialogue on the transformation of the international financial architecture, taking into account the needs and concerns of all countries of the world.
The United Nations - DESA summit coming up in August was mandated at the Follow-up International Conference on Financing for Development, held in June 2009 in New-York. Member States requested the General Assembly to organize the meeting "at the highest level".
